Once your refund request is approved, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method within 14 business days.

In addition to refunds, we also offer easy return options for products you wish to exchange or return for store credit. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. Our team will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions for returning the item(s). Once we receive the returned item(s) in their original condition, we will process your exchange or issue store credit for the returned item(s).
